No. You pay a flat price for your plan, monthly or yearly, plus a fixed amount for each property you connect to the OTAs if you want that. You keep every rupee a direct booking brings in. A percentage would make our bill grow on your best month, and we'd like to grow when you do.
An afternoon, for a small property. We load your rooms, rates and photos with you, and your booking website is live the same day. Booking site connections take a few days longer, because each site approves them itself.
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of what's on the books and we'll import it before you go live, so your calendar is right from day one.
Only if you list on booking sites like Airbnb or Booking.com. Plenty of properties run the booking website and the front desk and never connect one. If you do list elsewhere, it keeps every site on one calendar. It's charged per connected property because keeping each one in sync costs us per property, so a property you don't connect costs you nothing extra.
